Just a quick note about the ESP conference last week in Sydney.
 
I was a speaker at the conference and also visited the trade expos. Your stand at the expo was a "stand out" and I wanted to make sure someone said it to you! The two girls I chatted with were knowledgeable, friendly and really made an effort with everyone they spoke with. It was a sharp contrast to some of the other exhibitors now showing as much "love"!

I just wanted to let you know how fab it was dealing with Romy while I was in Sydney and not just because she got me the job I wanted. I felt she really listened and treated me like a proper candidate not just another backpacker, she always kept in touch and often gave me advice on things that weren't even related to my job search such as rental prices in Sydney. Even when Romy didn't have work for me she would call me and keep me updated and have a laugh. I was registered with a number of agencies in Sydney and no consultant was a friendly as Romy (and some of them were Irish too!).

Hi Jane,

I would just like you let you know how great I think the newsletter that Yvette sends out to candidates is. I have never seen anything done like this before and I think it is a wonderful gesture to let candidates know that they haven't been forgotten (as so many recruiting companies tend to do). I like how the newsletter issues aren't too "corporate" and they are very motivating with the interviews of successful business people.

The newsletter really helps add to the face of love* as being a fresh and funky company that truly does understand the candidate market and what individuals want out of their careers today. Please let Yvette know that I love her newsletters and that whoever came up with the idea is a genius.
